Came down here for a vacation. I would say this is the better hotel to go to for the value and the stay. Right when you walk in. It’s clean and it has a clean smell. The rooms was clean and they had a very great clean smell to it. The staff is friendly and nice. And the pool room was open. Over all I had a great time here. I would definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking for something in the area of north Dallas.

From the moment we arrived, Charity at the front desk was incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming. Any time we needed assistance—whether it was extra towels or anything else to make our stay more comfortable—she responded promptly and with a positive attitude. Her level of care truly made a difference in our experience. There were four of us, each with our own room, and we all agreed that the service was excellent. This is the best La Quinta I've stayed at. Marino at the front desk went above and beyond to help me solve a problem with my laptop and the wifi. He could have said its not our problem its yours, but instead he showed what a great person he is an the higher standard of service that this location has. Next time I'm in town I'm definitely staying here again!
It's a La Quinta. Everything is pretty standard across the brand, We have found. There was a heavy perfume-y smell in the hallways; they might use something on the carpets. Guest room had plenty of space.
Definitely have to give this place 5 stars. Chairty’s customer service has a lot to do with this 5 star review! Her support was superb, from the beginning of my stay, until the end of my stay! There was some initial turbulence with my booking, but she patiently navigated through it and was happy to help the entire time. She was super communicative about our needs with the other staff , and helped them to all together be on the same page regarding our stay. This hotel is also very clean, and quiet. The breakfast is ready in time each morning and always fresh. My 4 day stay was awesome and I would definitely consider this hotel as an option each time I come to Dallas, and I would recommend that you do too , if you’re reading this. I’d rate my stay at this hotel a solid 8.5/10! Thank you to Chairty and the entire staff there!!!!
"I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, offering personalized service and helpful recommendations for local attractions. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless, with a stunning view of the city skyline. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool and the spa, which offered a perfect place to unwind after a long day. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options, and the location was ideal for exploring the area. I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return!
So far my stay has been awesome... The front desk clerk, Marino, was very customer oriented... He provided me with fast and friendly customer service when checking in and he answered all of my questions... My room was very nice and clean also...I will definitely be back...
